FanFood will be available for in-seat delivery at BBVA Field from 12 stores for this year. Fans attending Legion FC home games can browse menu options right from their phones, which creates a safer post-pandemic environment.

“We are so excited that our new partners will be returning to play in just a few days, and we’re even more excited to be bringing cashless and contactless ordering to Legion FC fans,” said FanFood CEO and co-founder Carson Goodale.

This new partnership adds Legion FC to FanFood’s existing 160+ venue partners nationwide across industries including sports, live entertainment and hospitality. FanFood partners are seeing up to 40% increase in average order size, with every other customer placing more than one order throughout the event. With FanFood, operators are able to accept more orders without seeing long lines, and reduce operating cost by removing the need of a cashier.

Birmingham Legion FC was established in 2017, and began their first professional season in 2019. The team is returning to the soccer pitch on July 15th in its first game of the 2020 USL Champion League. Stadium capacity will be limited, but fans will be able to attend Legion FC matches and try out FanFood.
